The old problem of keeping thigs together that led to creation of boxes, crates and other means, a water coling system has a reservoir (Jar) maybe a radiator, maybe a few fans on the radiator, some pumping system and pressure regulator.

This system is here to act as a basket, keeping in the same place and at the correct distance and position the jar, radiator, fans and everything else while also making them portable together, ease of acces for maintance etc.
